Privacy Policy
Effective November 5, 2026
This policy covers NPC Nonsense Uploader, an internal tool operated by Valency Media ("we"). The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the account holder agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Who uses the tool
Only Valency Media uses this tool, and only with Valency Media's own Google account and YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and does not access other people's accounts.
What we access
With the channel owner's permission (Google OAuth), the tool:
- uploads videos and sets their title, description and privacy status on our own channel
(
youtube.upload); - reads our own channel and video information, such as video IDs and view counts
(
youtube.readonly); - reads our own channel's YouTube Analytics reports, such as views and audience retention
(
yt-analytics.readonly).
What we store, and where
The OAuth access token and the data listed above are stored on computers we control (our own server and workstation), in a private database. We keep them only while we use the tool, and we refresh stored statistics at least every 30 days or delete them.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked we delete the stored token. To ask us to delete any stored data, email us.
